Whitetail

Guided Whitetail Hunting in Texas
Big Trophy Adventures, LLC offers trophy whitetail buck hunts throughout the Texas Panhandle. We guide most of our trophy whitetail hunts in Cottle and Motley County, and these counties are known for their giant bucks. All our ranches are private, and have been under strict game management for years. 

Our pre-season scouting, high protein feeding programs, and outstanding food plots really bring in the big bucks. Thus, ensures our clients the best opportunity to harvest a real Texas trophy wall hanger. We pride ourselves on doing what ever it takes to get our client on their trophy animal, and will go the extra mile if needed. All hunts are fair chase, and we always put the safety of our clients first.

Mule Deer

Big Trophy Adventures, LLC provides Trophy Mule Deer hunts in Motley & Cottle counties. We have lots of mature mule deer bucks on our private ranches, and our clients harvested bucks in the range of 20 to 26 inches.

These ranches have the ability to produce trophy bucks in excess of 30+ inches, with great tine length and mass. Our ranches are loaded with lots of Mule Deer does, and that’s what brings in the big boys during our 15 day season.

Our outstanding food plots, feeding programs, and a life time of knowledge on mule deer habitat and movement patterns makes for some of the best mule deer hunting in all of Texas.

We offer fully guided and semi-guided mule deer hunts in these counties, and even offer some limited hunts on our private sandhill ranches near the Texas/New Mexico border. The Mule Deer Season in Motley and Cottle Counties are typical schedule to start the weekend before Thanksgiving. Our Sandhill Ranches start the same time, but only have a 9 day Mule Deer Season.

Turkey



Big Trophy Adventures, LLC, offers some of the best spring turkey hunting in the Texas Panhandle. Our ranches are loaded a trophy gobblers, and are turkey roosts are something to brag about averaging 100-150 birds strong.  All gobblers harvested last year by our clients had beards that measured 9  to 12 inches long, and spurs measuring ¾” to 1 ¼ inches long. It’s not uncommon to see double bearded gobblers and even giant gobblers with his beards dragging on the ground. 

We offer fully guided and semi-guided hunts on our private ranches in Cottle and Motley counties. Spring turkey hunting is with shot gun or bow only, and our experienced guides will put you on the Big Toms everyday. I expect my hunters to see 30 to 150 birds a day, and have lots of opportunities to harvest their trophy Gobblers. Hunters can harvest one gobbler per day or two gobblers total on a 2 to 3 day hunt. We also offer a combo Spring Turkey and Wild hog hunt on most of our ranches. What could be better then shooting a trophy Tom in the morning and a big old black Russian boar in the same day.

Wild Hogs

Big Trophy Adventures, LLC offers outstanding wild Russian and Ferral hog hunting in the Texas Panhandle. We guide most of our hog hunts in Cottle and Motley County, and these counties are known for their abundant packs of wild hogs. All our ranches are private, and always produce wild hogs and some real trophy boars thru out the year. To ensure our clients see lots of animals, we rotate our hog hunts to different ranches everytime, and this is one of the main reasons our clients harvest wild hogs during daylight hours.

We do offer full moon hunts throughout the year, and will spot light hog near feeding areas if needed. We have lots of repeat hog hunters every year, and the main reason is our clients go home with hogs. We make a point to educated and show all our clients our proven feeding techniques, and make it a top priority to show our hunters how to safely hunt wild hogs.

Predators

Big Trophy Adventures, LLC offers some high action predator hunting, such as coyote, bobcat, and even some cougar hunting in the Texas Panhandle. Our ranches are loaded with trophy cats and a lot of coyotes. For example, I had a couple of veteran dog hunters on my 3,500 acre private ranch this year. They ask me where the best place to coyote hunt was and we pointed to the draw next to the hunting lodge. Ten minutes of calling brought in 4 mature dogs, and that’s when the action started.

We guide most of our Predator hunts in Cottle and Motley County, and these counties are known for producing lots of predators. It is good game management to control your predator population, so I try to provide a outstanding hunt for a fair price, since the hunters are helping manage our predator population. You will be amazed on the amount of predators on these ranches, and will hear so many that you will think they are right on you.

Aoudad Hunting in Texas



Trophy Aoudad Hunts on a private ranch in Lower Palo Dura Canyon. Palo Duro Canyon has been called "The Grand Canyon of Texas," both for its size and for the dramatic geological features, including the multicolored layers of rock and steep mesa walls similar to those in the Grand Canyon.
